Questions, answered

Where does ISPCore run? +

ISPCore is self-hosted: it runs on your own server (a single Linux machine is enough to start). You keep full control of your data and network. We provide the installer and your license; your infrastructure stays yours.

How does activation work? +

After you subscribe, your license is issued automatically. You install ISPCore, which produces a unique hardware fingerprint. You paste that fingerprint into your panel, receive a signed activation code, and enter it back into ISPCore. The license is cryptographically bound to your server.

Can I move to a new server? +

Yes. You can re-activate on a new server directly from your panel up to three times. If you need more changes after that, just contact support and we'll reset it for you.

What hardware (OLT/ONU) is supported? +

ISPCore supports GPON and EPON across Huawei and ZTE OLT/ONU equipment, with registration, status, live metrics and provisioning. TR-069 lets you manage CPE devices remotely through the integrated ACS.

Is there a free trial? +

You can create an account and explore the panel before committing. Billing starts when you choose a plan, and you can cancel anytime — your subscription simply stops renewing.

Will it scale as we grow? +
